STUDIO BRIEF 3 - EVALUATION

For studio brief 3 - LIFES A PITCH! I was in a group with Pri , Ewan , Sean & James. I had only worked with two of the boys in the group before so i was really looking forward to seeing what everyone had to offer. I loved working in the group i was in all the meetings that i had set up were all attended by everyone even over the easter break everyone made the effort.

I think this type of brief was exciting because we haven't done anything similar like this before so it was a change.I think working in a group was enjoyable we all got on well and didn't have any disagreements.To begin with we sat around and made a list of some names we could possibly call ourselves and as we were struggling we moved on to location ect.. then went back to the name. 

We decided to call ourselves 'Stvdio' as there were five us us the letter 'v' replaced the 'u' in studio like the roman numeral. I wasn't sure on the idea at first as people might not understand but the more we used our branding across our presentation i felt it began to work and i was pleased with it. I think the only problem i faced in the group was not getting involved in the money side as much as i would of liked to i think its so important to know about these kind of things especially so close to the third year and finishing the corse. Overall i did look into other peoples roles we did make a lot of decisions as a group.

I think my strength with in the group was probably organisation skills as i wanted everyone to meet up together so know one missed anything. I would definitely like to do this again in the third year. As there was somethings i felt i may of missed from working in the group i will set my self some targets for next year.
