Rationale Research Collect Communicate PRODUCT



PUBLICATION & PROMOTION , PRODUCT & PACKAGING , PRODUCT & DISTRIBUTION :-
- Publication & Promotion i have chosen to make a publication about the history of vans.

WHO IS THE AUDIENCE AND HOW DO YOU INTEND TO ENGAGE WITH THEM?
- People aged 14+ who are interested in the skating brand but vans does stock sizes for young children.

WHAT IS THE FUNCTION OF THE PRODUCT -  IT IS SUPPOSED TO INFORM/EDUCATE/DOCUMENT/ENTERTAIN/INSTRUCT? WHAT HAS INFORMED THIS DECISION?
- Inform & educate but its also to entertain because lots of people are interested in vans.

HOW WILL THE AUDIENCE INTERACT WITH THE PRODUCT?
- They will read the booklet. and they'll get the booklet in there carrier bag when purchasing vans, it'll also be available in the shop to pick up for free.

Im going to collect a body of research into my vans my focal point. Using my feedback from the crit i will take these bullet points into consideration when deciding my final outcomes.

Ive decided to change my initial idea and go with PRODUCT & PACKAGING i find it more appropriate for my research topic of shoes to do a shoe box featuring the history of vans inside. Ive researched into shoe box templates and i will copy the measurements from vans to get the same style.
