We worked out our yearly outgoings based on the costs we would spend.

• Office space

We also arranged who would have what job role in our group first by making a list of the different types of jobs within the industry.

 These were our designated roles-

Print Director-

The role given to me within my ppp group is the print director so i felt i would do some research to find some details about the job description.

Print Director/Manager

The Print Production Manager is responsible for the planning, execution and project management of the company's entire process of print production within marketing direct mail acquisitions and fulfillment manufacturing. This includes the supply chain process for all print production requirements from planning, RFQ, through delivery of components and letter shop. In addition, the Manager will liaise internally and externally with vendors, while managing the flow of information to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers.
