Nick wanted to see how far i was with my skincare brand and route 66 the next time we spoke.

27TH/11TH

I explained to Nick how i wasn't much further with my Route 66 brief but i wasn't sure wether to push it for submission as i already have a number of briefs and the Route 66 brief is something i have wanted to do for a while and i don't want to rush it.

Nick Suggested i push it and start asap.

- Consider information.

- Minimal - Need to have enough information.

- Consider audience

- Design would be influenced by that.

- What makes it unique?

- What makes it interesting to write about?

- Having a meaningful concept between the places i choose.

- Human Story?

I think my next step is to finalise an underling concept then gain all of my research to begin designing. I think once i have that underling concept of what links all these places on the route 66 map i can then begin to bring everything together.

The progress crits were helpful and made is easier for me to organise my work flow. I think its vital to have these talks to gain tutor feedback one on one.
