We sat in a group of around 14 people and discussed our concept and idea... I explained i was really interested in doing a publication on Levis Strauss which was brought up in a fashion photography lecture i decided to research into jeans publications and i wanted to create a pair of jeans made from paper with the information down the legs.
What people said / i should do:- I was really pleased with the feedback i received people told me it was a good idea and that it will be interesting to do. But to try and keep it linked in with something we've learnt about I should try and focus on the advertising aspect of it and how its changed through the years since. It was also suggested i make a small map of the different price cost of the levi jeans from the around the world.

- how well Levis is advertised
- Advertising since 1853
- How popular Levis is
- Other jeans brands.
What problem I've faced:- I left the crit with good feedback and i know what to focus on now so my publication is interesting and appropriate. I realised that making a A0 pair of paper jeans was unrealistic as its impossible to print double sided on to A0 if i wanted to print the back and front and stick them together which wouldn't fold properly and would cost me quite a bit. I was really looking forward to creating this but due to the design flaw ill have to recreate some more ideas. I think its important to look at every aspect and as its only early i can come up with a design just as good i will create lots of thumbnails till i come up with the most appropriate and aesthetically pleasing outcome.
